Shaping the Future for Good

We believe we have a responsibility to empower the next generation of women leaders in our community. That’s why Gen Y engages young professional women in leadership development activities that directly tie in with their interests and talents—connecting them with local resources that will help them continue to grow well into the future.

HOW IT WORKS

LEARN MORE

Each Gen Y class is made up of 16 women in their early 20s—most just starting out in their careers. Over 18 months, they engage in discussions with each other and Columbus leaders about personal and professional development topics, and participate in experiential learning, community service, fundraising, and mentorship activities—preparing them to become the next generation of female board members for organizations serving our community.
