Young Leaders Start Here

For nearly 20 years, Bright Futures has been helping to build the leadership skills of high school juniors who show incredible promise. Nominated by principals or guidance counselors at more than 70 Central Ohio high schools, these girls are the Women of Achievement of tomorrow. They are mentored by Women of Achievement Academy members, and honored each year as the next generation of leaders at the Women of Achievement luncheon.

LEARN MORE

On five consecutive Saturdays from January through April, Bright Futures participants gather for training sessions covering topics such as leadership development, social justice, and positive self-image. They attend panel discussions with female Columbus business leaders and Women of Achievement Academy members, and finish the program with a graduation celebration.
